Welcome

For many of us life seems to run at a pretty fast pace and it is very easy to get caught up in our daily routine and commitments. Although our body's work hard to keep up with these requirements it is sometimes necessary to stop and recharge and perhaps assess our situation.

Holistic treatments such as Reiki and Indian Head Massage to name but a few have been used by many for hundreds of years as a way to balance the body's natural energies and defenses to allow us to cope with the changes in both our body and society.

For many it has become a path of enlightenment; an approach to take stock of life and allow ourselves to slow down and enjoy the more beautiful things that are around us; for others it is simply a wonderful and calming way to relax, a way to allow the body and mind 'time-out'.

Re-balancing our body's natural energy gives us that spark to get up and go again. For me this path has become a way of life.
