In 2004, I took a real leap of faith, left my job and began my journey of becoming a Reiki Practitioner and therapist in Eastbourne, East Sussex..

I completed my initiation and attunement into second degree Reiki in the summer of 2004 along with Reyad Sekh Em and Angel Reiki II in 2005. By 2005 I was running a busy marketing consultancy business, trained to become a teacher of the Blissful Awakening Workshops and provided a welcoming, successful Reiki healing practice. In April 2010 I became initiated as a Reiki Master and Teacher of Traditional Usui Reiki and now offer Traditional Reiki training days.

With two young boys, a busy home life and practice, I have become more aware just how tricky it can be to remain connected and live in the 'real' world. It is with this growth and awareness, that I have begun to celebrate my wonderful achievements and also be accepting of my failings. For we are, after all human!

I provide a safe, nurturing healing space in Eastbourne for clients.Clients often present a range of symptoms from those looking for pure relaxation, those with hormonal or immune system inbalances to those suffering from emotional and physical pain. My clients include working professionals, mums to be, parents and often their children too.

In addition to my treatments, I have also developed a range of Blissful Awakening workshops inspired by the Angels, Archangels and the Ascended Masters. These light and joyful energies have shown me that we are not alone, whenever we need assistance and guidance, they are always present - whether we can see them or not. You don't have to have a special gift or talent, you simply need to trust and allow them to enter your life.

I am a Reiki Master/Teacher in Tradional Usui Reiki. I am also 'A member of the Reiki Association, a community of people initiated into Reiki'.

With a BA Hons Marketing degree and experience as a marketing executive working within the not-for-profit sector, public sector and private sector I have been able to assist a number of clients with web design, self-publishing, development of marketing strategies, implementation; and design.

Clients have included the British Holistic Medical Association, Lisa Magdalena , Nigel Graham Contemporary Jewellery Designs and Andy Thomas.
