Having grown up with a mum as a homeopath, the holistic approach to life was certainly something that I was used to. In 2004 I took a real leap of faith, quit my job and began my journey of becoming a reiki and Indian Head massage therapist.

I completed my initiation and attunement into second degree Reiki in the summer of 2004. A few months later I was in hospital having a bowel operation. Two operations later and my belief in living an alternative lifestyle was not only tested but was certainly my saviour. Had it not been for my knowledge of reiki and crystal healiing and the love and support of my therapist friends I certainly would not have recovered so quickly.

That year I also completed the Blissful Awakening course: A journey of self-discovery and spiritual awareness with Lisa Magdalena providing the accreditation for Crystal Healing.

In 2005 I was up and running a successful reiki practice, a marketing consultancy business and continued my training to become a teacher of the Blissful Awakening Workshops. During this time I continued to provide a welcoming, healing space for my clients to take time out and connect to their most inner thoughts.

I am encouraged to seek out new ways in which to assist people to let go of the fears that so often hold us all back from really being true to ourselves. I have learnt this from experience.

With the birth of my beautiful first son I certainly found juggling my spirituality, a practice and a child quite difficult to balance. In 2008 I suffered a miscarriage and then conceived and later gave birth to an amazing little boy in January 2009. During these busy years I have become more aware just how tricky it can be to remain connected and live in the 'real' world. I have definitely learnt to trust in the universe and know that whatever is sent my way, I have the faith, determination and support to walk with it. It is with this growth and awareness that I have begun to celebrate my wonderful achievements and also be accepting of my failings. For we are , after all human!

It is through the many challenges in my life that I certainly feel drawn to providing safe, nurturing healing space to mums to be, parents, their children and women who are suffering from a miscarriage.

Since this time I have been developing my own set of adult and child focused workshops inspired by the Angels and the Ascended Masters. These light and joyful energies have shown me that we are not alone, whenever we need assistance and guidance they are always present - whether we can see them or not. You don't have to have a special gift or talent you simply need to trust and believe in your heart.

I am in currently studying reflexology and in the process of being attuned to Atlantean Reiki and becoming a reiki master.

In addition to my healing work I also hold a BA Hons Marketing degree with experience as a marketing executive working within the not-for-profit sector, public sector and private sector. With this knowledge and experience I have been able to assist a number of practitioners with self-publishing, development of marketing strategies, implementation; and design. From this i have developed a marketing service for practitioners looking to expand their business or those starting up as a holistic practitioner.

Clients currently include the British Holistic Medical Association, Lisa Magdalena and Andy Thomas.
