What is Angel Reiki? Angel Reiki invites in the loving and lighter realms of Angels and Ascended Masters to help us soothe the body, mind and soul. It works on the body's 7 chakras or spiritual energy centres throughout the body. What does a Reiki treatment involve? You will receive a five minute consultation prior to receiving the Reiki treatment to assess your needs. You may be asked to remove any jewellery that may restrict the healing and then be asked to lie on the practitioner couch, fully clothed. The practitioner will then place their hands lightly on your body in various positions. In cases, such as bruises, tender spots or burns the hands will be placed over but not on the patients body. Balancing your chakras improves your health and wellbeing, physically, mentally and emotionally. What is Chakra Balancing? Chakras are discs of light within your body. There are seven main chakra points located along the spine, from the base up to the crown of the head. Each of these chakra points is represented by a colour. Chakra points are our energy centres and keep the body and mind healthy. The brighter they are, the fuller of energy they and we are. Each chakra point can absorb energy from our thoughts, feelings and from the environment in which we live in. The more we absorb negative energy the more likely these chakra points begin to dull, which can lead us to feel unmotivated, tired, unhappy, angry or suffer from ill health. What is Angel Reiki? Chakra balancing treatments assist with sending energy to each of these points, cleaning and clearing them of negative or stale energy with the elements of earth, fire and water. This in turn allows us to feel revitalised, motivated, cleansed and often give us a better sense of clarity on how to deal with day to day issues. The more frequent we take time out to balance our emotional, mental, physical sides the better we feel. |
